Ok, so I just want to start off by saying the staff at this hotel were wonderful. The issue at that hotel was the management - as soon as we arrived for check in, the woman was very cold. We booked a room with a bed large enough for two people and when we checked in she informed my husband that we were in a room with two twin beds. When my husband explained that that was not ok, she informed him that that was just how it was going to be and was completely unapologetic. The next issue I want to address was the pool. WOW, what a cesspool, literally. It looked ok at first glance, but when we got in, it was the same temperature as the 104 degree weather we were experiencing. That was my first indication that they were not using the proper pool equipment, but that wasn’t the worst of it - when I walked into a shady section of the pool I looked down and all I could see was human skin (almost as much skin as water) floating in the pool (I’m an esthetician, I know skin when I see it). I immediately got out and felt so incredibly grossed out. I also noticed one of the maintenance guys glaring out at everyone with genuinely concerned look on his face as the pool got busier and busier. He clearly knew there was an issue. My partner later got an infection in his eye which I definitely assuming was from that water. Lastly, during check out, they told us we owed 40 Thai baht that I left in the envelope they left for us in the room. I tucked it onto the tray where the coffee and tea was. My observation was that they probably didn’t clean that tray properly because they would have seen it. Probably avoid this place. The management is a nightmare.

Rented this room for a few hours because our flight for returning was at night. The hotel is situated literally holding hands with Hard Rock hotel. The interior , view and all is great. Their check in time is 15:00 even though we had to leave at 12 am. So that was an issue. Their housekeeping leaves at 18:00 hours so that’s an issue. The rooms are nice with balcony, good bathroom. Location is near to the bustling nightlife of Pattaya beach road but again a little distant as not to disturb your sleep. Staff are unattentive at night! Rather they work at minimum staff post 19:00 I believe (could be not true). During check out at 12 am didn’t find anyone at reception, then took time to check mini bar. So yea that’s all.

Great Location, very good property Mera Mare is located just at the right location on Pattaya Central.. Breakfast spread is amazing We got enough vegetarian stiff for us, chef helped us and made good food for us. Rooms are spacious and staff is very friendly. They understand and meet your requirements.

Fantastic location right on beach road spotlessly clean hotel nice pool area could do with more beds great breakfast could not fault anything public toilets in main hotel are immaculate rooms are comfortable decent showers room service every day over all really good hotel for the money would recommend

Small nice hotel at the beach road. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A small gym is also available. Breakfast was Ok but not great. Reasonable pricced rooms are also an advantage. During new year its a little bit noisy as the hotel is located opposite the main stage.
